Sarah Van Vugt, Chair
Sarah’s family joined the South Park community in 2023, with two eager learners now at the school.
Sarah loves how engaged and vibrant the South Park community is, and is excited to help support continued engagement and preserve our unique school character.
Sarah is an editor, learning strategist, avid knitter, novice sewist, and enthusiastic baker. She loves soup and wool and Octobers.
Isabel Montoya, Vice Chair - Coordinators
Isabel, mom of Santiago and Monty, joined the PAC last year. When she isn’t being a mom she works as an ECE. She enjoys reading and doing crafts in her spare time.
Liz Lewis, Co-Treasurer
Liz, mom of Esme in Thuy’s class. Works in provincial policy during the day, and getting up to speed on PAC finance at night. Thrilled to have the opportunity to support good stewardship of the PAC finances into the 26/27 school year.
Ryan Van de Kamp, Secretary
Ryan and his family joined the South Park community in 2025. He works in IT, and likes playing board games with his kids.
Kerianne Taves, Member at Large
Kerianne is a parent of two SPFS children. Kerianne has been a Class Coordinator for 2 years and Vice Chair of Committees for 3 years. When she is not at the school socializing, she is teaching art to kids and squeezing in as much reading and beach time as possible.

Tristan Shouldice, Co-Treasurer
A South Park Family School parent since 2020, I'm a familiar face volunteering at PAC events and class trips throughout the year, so joining the PAC executive feels like a natural next step, and I couldn't be more excited! Outside of school, I'm a photographer and visual creative living in a home happily littered with instruments, art projects, books, crafts, and the occasional missing shoe.
Jenna Shouldice, VCPAC Representative
Jenna is a South Park parent, photographer, clay expert, and human sunshine. She has served as a Member at Large and as VCPAC rep.

Kate is a local photographer living over in Esquimalt, but enthusiastically crossing the bridge to be a part of South Park. Albeit usually ten minutes late.
